Work with me.
Fifteen years building content systems where getting it wrong wasn't an option — financial platforms, universities, regulated tech. The systems that let products scale without losing the thread.
How I think and how I work
How I think about the work. Most content problems aren't writing problems — the writing is usually fine. What's missing is the system underneath it: the decisions about what's worth making, who owns what, and how it holds when the team grows or the quarter gets loud.
A content operation fails the same way every time — not from one bad asset, but from a hundred small decisions made without a shared way to make them. Fix how the decisions get made, and the quality takes care of itself.
How I work. A small number of clients at a time. Engagements are scoped and finite — you'll know what you're getting before we start, and you'll know when it's done. No open-ended retainer, no six-month discovery phase to tell you what a week would. I run every engagement with the same systems I sell. An AI agent does the labor and I keep the judgment. That is how one person moves fast without cutting corners. When I leave, the system stays.
One more thing I learned building content practice at platform scale: frameworks don't change behavior. Presence does. It's why every engagement here is built on working sessions, not handoff documents.
- 01Content strategy & audit
- 02Digital presence & messaging
- 03Content systems & governance
- 04AI content standards & workflows
- 05Editorial frameworks & voice
Three ways in, each with a number on it.
Every engagement is scoped before it starts. These are the standard shapes — most work begins as one of them, and anything bigger gets a fixed quote before we begin.

- Up to 150 assets inventoried and scored
- Four-dimension scoring, exact scale points
- One governed decision per asset, with reasons
- Findings walkthrough — and the system stays with you
AI Content Standards Sprint
from $6,500Standards, guardrails, and a review workflow for teams shipping AI-generated content — from someone who defines them for one of the largest regulated investment platforms in the US.
- Voice and vocabulary standards a model can follow
- Judgment boundaries: what AI drafts, what humans decide
- Binary review gate and provenance workflow
- Rollout session with your team
Starting prices for the standard scope — larger libraries and teams get a fixed quote, and every engagement comes with a realistic timeline and start date before anything begins. I take a small number of engagements at a time. Every engagement ends — there is no retainer.
Start with a teardown.
Sixty minutes on your content operation, recorded, with written findings after: what I'd fix, in what order, and what each fix looks like. If a full engagement follows within 30 days, the fee comes off it.
Tell me what you're working on.
I'll follow up within a few days. No pitch, no deck — just a conversation.
