Products
Products are sold through Gumroad, and each purchase is governed by Gumroad's terms of sale together with the license stated on the product page. In short: one purchase covers you and your own team in your own workspace, and deploying the systems for clients requires the Agency License. The license terms delivered with each product control if anything here conflicts with them.
Consulting
Engagement descriptions and starting prices on this site are invitations to talk, not binding offers. Consulting work happens under a separate written agreement that defines scope, timeline, price, and deliverables. Until both of us have agreed to that in writing, neither of us is committed.

Where liability ends
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Fully Inhabit LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or its products, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the thing the claim is about. If you paid nothing, that cap is nothing.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. If we change them, the new version takes effect when it's posted here, and the date at the top moves.
